The internal technical office, in collaboration with customers, designs the various models of gaskets required by the market, starting from a simple drawing or an existing sample. The various departments with technological machinery and highly qualified personnel, first create the molds, and then the compression or injection vulcanized gaskets, for any exchanger model to be mounted glued or with clips, without limits on materials, shapes and sizes. Furthermore, Orobica Plast-Gom, in association with the most qualified research laboratories in the world, continuously improves existing compounds, researches and tests new specific elastomers capable of increasing the performance, duration and reliability of gaskets, even when used in extreme industrial applications. This is to reduce maintenance interventions and heat exchanger management costs as much as possible.
